the winds of change are blowing through my life and i may be relocating from santa barbara to san francisco. i'm fairly new to astanga (started about 6 months ago) but already find myself very dedicated to it - so it's a big factor in the decision. any recommendations (based on personal experience) of wonderful, loving, grounded instructors/shalas in san francisco would be soooo appreciated. i'm looking for mysore-style but am also open to other suggestions. thank you. (((love)))

Re: mysore classes in san francisco
Thu, June 7, 2007 - 2:36 PMi'm such an ashtanga advocate!
I take mysore at mission yoga: www.missionashtanga.com/index.html
Devorah Sacks and Chad Hearst. They're actually not a part of mission yoga per se--they just rent the top space for mysore. I found these two to be totally amazing, dedicated instructors. V patient, v chill, etc. Check it out!
Hope to see you :-) -

For now, life has taken another unexpected turn - I'll be in Santa Barbara for yet another year or two. Then Santa Cruz... So, now my question would be - who to practice with there?
Love and blessings,
